I much prefer Firefox over (competing browser) but I can't use it like this. Is Firefox now banning Adblock Plus? What am I supposed to use in the meantime? I'm now posting this from (a competing browser) because I refuse to surf the Web without a reputable ad blocker installed-a previous computer was ruined (WITH up-to-date antivirus software running) because of a hijacked ad. So I'm clicking on the corresponding homepage, which will be opened in a new tab. When I click on it, I find only "Deaktivate" or "Delete", no "Properties". Same to me! I can't find the symbol, but in "Extras" - "Add-Ons" - "Erweiterungen" (I don't know the exact english phrase. However you could try a new firefox profile The devs are working these days to remove this kind of issue Mapx wrote:did you try using only ABP and not any other extension / heavy plugin ?
